Springettsbury Township

We partnered with Springettsbury Township to redesign and modernize their official website, creating a user-friendly digital hub for township residents. Built on WordPress using Bricks Builder, the new site delivers a clean, intuitive experience that makes it easier than ever to access township services, news, and resources. Our UX/UI design process focused on clarity, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness, ensuring residents can quickly find what they need from any device. A key part of the project was implementing a robust document management system. Using Advanced Custom Fields, we developed a searchable and filterable database that organizes township PDF files—such as meeting minutes, ordinances, and public notices—into an easily navigable format. This streamlined approach improves access for residents and reduces the time township staff spend locating and distributing important documents. To improve community safety and communication, we also partnered with AlertMedia to integrate instant notification capabilities directly into the township’s communication system. This allows residents to receive critical alerts—such as weather warnings, public safety updates, and emergency notices—straight to their mobile devices in real time, ensuring they stay informed no matter where they are. Looking ahead, we are preparing to integrate advanced AI automation into the site’s document system. This upgrade will enable lightning-fast searches of township documents and ordinances, providing residents with instant, accurate results. By combining modern design, efficient document management, real-time notifications, and cutting-edge AI capabilities, the Springettsbury Township website is positioned to serve the community better than ever before.
